The Collection
Switzerland’s largest art museum, the Kunsthaus Zürich brings together more than 800 years of art history. Its collection ranges from the Middle Ages to the present day, with paintings, sculptures, installations as well as works on paper, photographs, videos and digital works that are shown in regularly changing presentations.
Private Collections
More than two-thirds of the works at the Kunsthaus come from private lenders and donors. Over the medium to long term, such alliances contribute to the high quality of the collection and its international reach.
